Social Media Manager & Brand Content Creator

Location: Hybrid | South Manchester

Hours: Your call — full-time, part-time, or freelance/retained. We'll shape the role around the right person, not the other way round.

Salary/Rate: Competitive, structured to suit the arrangement.

The Brand

TRACES is leading the way in the ‘Better For You’ category. It’s an award-winning, zero-sugar, lower-calorie wine and spritz range.

Available online at DrinkWell and Amazon and with a big presence in Ireland retail, we’re looking for someone to make some noise as we roll out into UK retail. We're looking to build this brand into its next phase of growth, testing ideas until they find the messages that help scale one of Europe's biggest lifestyle wine brands.

The Role

We're looking for someone to be TRACES and DrinkWell on social — not manage it from behind a dashboard, but front it. You'll appear in our content, develop the creative, and build a community of women who see themselves in the brand.

This is a rare kind of role: part creator, part strategist, part brand ambassador. You'll have real creative licence and a direct line to the founders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Be the face of TRACES and DrinkWell — presenting to camera across Instagram, TikTok and beyond: serves, rituals, honest chat, the good stuff and the funny stuff
  • Create and execute the social content plan — ideate, shoot, edit and post content daily that feels native to the platforms and true to the brand.
  • Build community — create events, converse, interview and listen and make our audience feel like they've found their people through genuine relationships.
  • Shape the creative direction — bring formats, series ideas and campaign concepts we haven't thought of.
  • Work with partners — support brand collaborations, events and ambassador activity.

Who We Think Will Love This Role

  • Deep understanding of women aged 35–55.
  • Comfortable and authentic on camera.
  • Able to film, edit and publish content quickly.
  • Obsessed with creator culture, viral content and audience psychology.
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for testing and learning.
  • Storyteller first, marketer second.
  • Loves wine – and is (and looks) 25 or over. Alcohol marketing rules, not ours.
