Social Media Manager & Content Creator | South London | Scena
Scena is one of the UK's leading creative construction companies, with over 40 years in the business. Based in South London, we develop and build sets for theatre, television, film, museums, conferences, exhibitions, and live events worldwide.
We're looking for a creative, driven individual to join us as Social Media Manager and Content Creator. No two weeks are the same here: you'll work across some of the most visually exciting projects in the world, and your job is to capture and share that story.
What You'll Do
- Plan, film, and edit short-form video content: reels, time-lapses, behind-the-scenes, and project reveals
- Manage and grow Scena's presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Keep our website content current and relevant
- Travel to project sites across the UK and internationally to capture content first-hand
- Work to Scena's established brand voice and visual identity across all channels
- Report on performance and share monthly insights
- Collaborate with production, design, and workshop teams to surface the best stories

What We're Looking For
- Confident operating a camera for both photo and video
- Strong editing skills
- A sharp eye for visual storytelling
- Able to work to an established brand voice and visual identity
- Comfortable working independently and on-site

The Role
This is a flexible, part-time position. Currently 5 contracted days per month, spread flexibly between Scena HQ in Croydon and project sites, with additional days available as projects demand. National and international travel is involved.
Office hours: 9am – 4pm
Pay: Depending on experience
