About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Paid Ads Specialist with at least 2–3 years of hands-on professional experience working in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

This is not a graduate or entry-level position. We need someone who has already managed business social media accounts, created content in a commercial environment, and taken responsibility for delivering campaigns and measurable results.

You’ll lead and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, bringing campaigns, products, store launches, and brand moments to life through engaging food, lifestyle, and people-focused content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop a strong social media strategy, confidently create content from concept through to delivery, and manage paid campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and deliver a social media strategy aligned with wider marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Plan and manage weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
  • Generate creative ideas for national campaigns, product launches, promotions, store openings, and seasonal activity.
  • Film, photograph, and edit high-quality short-form video and social content.
  • Create engaging food, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and people-focused content.
  • Confidently appear on camera and support presenter-led content when required.
  • Write engaging captions and social copy that reflect the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage audience targeting, retargeting, campaign testing, and paid social budgets.
  • Monitor paid campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend.
  • Monitor platform trends, trending sounds, cultural moments, and competitor activity.
  • Identify opportunities for reactive and trend-led content that remains relevant to the brand.
  • Review social media insights and produce clear performance reports and recommendations.
  • Support influencer, content creator, UGC, and PR collaborations.
  • Attend stores, events, launches, and content shoots when required.
  • Maintain a consistent and recognisable creative direction across all platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, marketing colleagues, operations teams, franchise partners, and external agencies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
