Social Media Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Join one of the UK's fastest-growing brands and collaborate closely with a top YouTube creator to own their dynamic social media presence at the fusion of social media, creator culture, and consumer products. This is your chance to shape content, grow a community, and ensure the brand stays prominent in online conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day social media management for TikTok and Instagram
- Strategic content planning:
- Maintain a content calendar
- Capitalise on emerging trends, viral moments, and cultural discussions
- Craft and execute social-first content, from conception to publication
- Foster an active community:
- Manage interaction via comments, direct messages
- Engage with user-generated content (UGC) and amplify it
- Combine data-driven insights with forward-thinking to inform performance improvements
- Play a pivotal role in:
- Product launches
- Campaigns and competitions
- Brand activations
- Collaborate with:
- Creators
- Content partners
- Internal teams

About You
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community building
- Profound understanding of:
- TikTok and Instagram platforms
- Current internet culture, trends, and organic engagement strategies
- Proven ability to:
- Significantly grow and hold audience attention
- Implement actionable plans to boost engagement metrics
- Highly proactive, ideas-driven, and creative with a strategic commercial mindset
- Thrives in an agile, trend-sensitive work environment:
- Able to pivot quickly in response to viral opportunities and immediate trends
- Strong copywriting and communication skills—must balance creativity with clarity
- Organised yet reactive enough to juggle structured planning (content calendar) while seizing spontaneous opportunities
