We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our agency team. This role works predominantly with one of our celebrity founded health and wellness clients, so a genuine interest in the health and wellness space is desirable - you'll be helping to grow a brand you can get behind. You'll own the social strategy, content and reporting for your client roster, working closely with clients on calls and in quarterly business reviews. You won't be running paid ad campaigns yourself, but you'll plan them, create the assets, and report back on performance.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop quarterly content strategies aligned with client business goals
- Lead client calls and quarterly business reviews with confidence
- Plan and report on paid ad activity - creating assets and briefs (running the ads is not required)
Content Creation & Oversight
- Create high-reaching, high-engagement social media content
- Ideate, plan and oversee content shoots for your client roster (all kit provided)
- Edit reels and video content using CapCut
- Write compelling captions and copy across platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
- Design graphics and visual content using Canva
- Write and manage email marketing campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all client accounts

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
