Would you like to join a luxury house where you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience across digital channels? This is an exciting opportunity to create engaging, social-first content that strengthens brand equity, deepens customer connection, and supports commercial growth while enhancing the brand's presence and impact across the brand's social platforms.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising engaging brand content designed to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, loyalty, and commercial growth across digital touchpoints.
The Role
- Lead the management of social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other owned platforms.
- Execute and optimise content strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives.
- Adapt and localise global campaign assets for the UK market.
- Identify opportunities to create supplementary content that enhances global campaigns and supports local priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage content shoots from concept through to delivery.
- Support commercial and product launch activity through compelling social-first content.
- Monitor channel performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Work closely with paid media, influencer, creative, and commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage and support one direct report while collaborating with wider internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, emerging trends, and audience behaviours to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

About You
- Proven experience managing social media channels for a B2C consumer-facing brand or agency.
- Hands-on content creation experience, including content planning, shoot coordination, and execution.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and wider social media platforms.
- Experience capturing content at events and creating real-time social content.
- Comfortable attending influencer, community, or brand events and posting live content.
- A natural storyteller with a strong eye for creative, engaging content.
- Able to generate content ideas independently and confidently bring new concepts to the table.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how content contributes to broader business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to optimise performance.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across marketing, creative, and commercial functions.
