Social Media Manager
Remote (England) | £25,000 - £35,000
We're working with a growing lifestyle DTC brand looking for a creative Social Media Manager to help produce engaging content, support influencer campaigns, and grow its social channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone with around 1–3 years' experience who loves creating content, spotting trends, and bringing ideas to life. You’ll work closely with an experienced Creative Lead while developing your skills across social media and influencer marketing.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on:
- Creating engaging content
- Supporting influencer activity
- Growing brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media & Content (Approx. 60%)
- Create, film, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Support content planning and campaign execution
- Spot trends and contribute fresh creative ideas
- Monitor engagement and report on content performance
- Create short-form content using Canva and CapCut

Influencer Marketing (Approx. 40%)
- Research creators aligned with the brand
- Help coordinate influencer campaigns
- Liaise with an external influencer agency
- Review content before it goes live
- Track campaign performance
- Build relationships with creators
About You
We’re looking for someone:
- Creative, with a great eye for content
- Passionate about social media
- Organised and proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Keen to learn and develop skills
- Interested in trends, creators, and life

Experience Required
- Around 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing
- Experience working within a consumer or DTC brand
- Comfortable filming and editing your own content
- Experience supporting influencer campaigns
- Strong eye for design, styling, and aesthetics
- Experience using Canva and CapCut
- A portfolio or examples of your content
