The Opportunity

A leading luxury hospitality group, home to a portfolio of some of London's most recognised restaurants and dining destinations, is looking for a creative and highly organised Social Media Manager.
This is a hands-on role responsible for elevating the group's digital storytelling and strengthening the online presence of multiple restaurant brands across social media.
Working closely with Marketing, PR, restaurant General Managers, Chefs and Operations teams, you will create engaging content that reflects the personality, atmosphere and premium positioning of each venue.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Content Creation

  • Develop and deliver a multi-brand social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, shoot and produce high-quality social content, including short-form videos, photography, Reels, behind-the-scenes content and campaign assets.
  • Attend restaurant events, menu tastings, launches and activations to capture engaging live content.
  • Develop creative storytelling around chefs, restaurant teams, seasonal menus, events and key brand moments.
  • Generate and develop original content concepts in collaboration with internal creative and marketing teams.
  • Ensure content remains relevant, engaging and aligned with current social media trends.

  • Own and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant posting.
  • Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages and audience engagement.
  • Write polished and engaging captions that reflect the tone of voice of each individual brand.
  • Ensure each restaurant's identity is represented accurately and consistently across all social channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
