Social Media Manager / Senior Social Media Executive
We're looking for a Social Media Manager / Senior Social Media Executive to become the face of social within DNA. Working closely with our Account Directors, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of client social media activity, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, social strategies are brought to life and clients consistently receive an exceptional service.
About the Role
This role would suit a Social Media Executive with experience in an agency who's ready for the next step. You'll be comfortable working directly with clients, building relationships, providing advice and managing expectations, while ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard.
A strong understanding of both organic and paid social media is essential, particularly across LinkedIn, Meta and Google. While you'll work alongside our creative team to develop campaign assets, we're not looking for a copywriter or designer. Instead, we're looking for someone who understands how social channels work, what drives engagement and performance, and how to manage campaigns effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
A significant proportion of our work sits within employer branding and recruitment marketing, so experience in either area would be a real advantage. You'll also manage employee advocacy programmes, helping clients turn their people into authentic brand ambassadors. Experience with employee advocacy, influencer marketing or ambassador programmes would therefore be highly desirable.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about social media. Someone who enjoys working with clients, takes ownership of their work and is excited by the opportunity to help grow our social media offering as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
You'll be joining a friendly team with a unique culture, where people genuinely care about doing great work for clients and supporting each other. We offer a competitive salary, personal training budget and hybrid working (based in Bristol).
