Award-Winning Social-First Creative Agency
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

The Opportunity
Profiles Creative is partnering with an award-winning social-first creative agency to recruit a talented Social Media Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced agency working across exciting consumer and entertainment brands. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture, and thrives on generating creative ideas that audiences genuinely want to engage with.
This is a client-facing role, so you'll be equally comfortable developing creative concepts, presenting ideas, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal creative teams to deliver outstanding social campaigns from strategy through to execution.
The Role
As Social Media Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple client accounts, leading projects from initial brief through to delivery. You'll be responsible for developing social-first strategies, generating creative campaign ideas, managing content calendars, overseeing delivery and building long-term client relationships.

You'll work closely with designers, copywriters, creators and producers to ensure every campaign is creatively strong, strategically sound and delivered to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media campaigns from brief through to delivery.
- Develop social-first strategies and creative campaign ideas.
- Generate innovative content concepts that align with brand objectives and current social trends.
- Manage multiple client accounts, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact.
- Build strong client relationships and confidently present ideas and campaign recommendations.
- Lead content planning and manage social content calendars.
- Brief and collaborate with creative, design and production teams.
- Support influencer and creator campaigns where required.
- Oversee publishing schedules and community management.
- Write engaging, platform-specific social copy.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Attend content shoots, events and production days where required.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.

You'll have:
- 3–5+ years' experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
- Previous experience within an agency environment.
- Strong account management and client relationship skills.
- A proven ability to generate creative ideas and develop social-first campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and presentation skills.
- Confidence presenting creative work to clients and internal stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for social media, internet culture and digital storytelling.
