Job Description
Our client is an award-winning audience engagement agency with a strong proposition in the market, great clients and a great ethos for helping agencies and brands reach their audiences. Based in a central location, we’re looking for someone with experience and passion to deliver great cultural insights, create content and effectively engage with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute multi-platform content strategies across all major social platforms
- Regularly write, schedule and publish engaging posts
- Work with the wider team to create the community engagement strategy, monitoring sentiment and responses
- Collaborating with creative teams and others to produce compelling assets
- Tracking performance metrics and producing reports
- Staying ahead of social media and creator trends, conversations and platform updates
- Delivering paid advertising campaigns to increase following, community size and content engagement

We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience gained within an agency or brand, managing social media accounts and creating content across the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Snapchat
- A passion for content creation and storytelling, understanding trends and translating them for brands
- Someone who is passionate about the creator landscape and the opportunities for brands and agencies
- Someone who has a range of organic and paid experience, with a keen eye for analytics and optimisation
- A real people person who wants to contribute to the growth and success of the agency, with a passion for diverse audiences
