Job Description
We are seeking a professional Social Media Manager to steer the online presence for this organization from our London office. The role requires a strategic storyteller who can convert brand principles into engaging, platform-ready content, drive meaningful audience growth, and strengthen voice within the hospitality and sports milieu. You will partner with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to design campaigns that resonate with fans, guests, and stakeholders, while upholding brand integrity and platform compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Imagine and deploy a holistic social media plan that ties directly to business objectives and audience insights.
- Oversee daily content calendars, publishing rhythms, and cross-channel distribution.
- Craft and curate standout content across owned channels, including copy, visuals, and short-form video.
- Track performance, derive insights, and translate data into practical optimizations.
- Collaborate across marketing, events, partnerships, and guest services to ensure consistent storytelling.
- Keep ahead of platform evolutions, emerging trends, and compliance considerations in hospitality and sports contexts.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media, ideally within hospitality, sports, or related consumer brands.
- Proficiency with major social platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and editing acumen with the ability to adapt voice by platform and audience.
- Experience with paid social strategy and measurement is advantageous.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and content creation software is a plus.
