Digital Content Strategist & Social Media Manager for Multi-Disciplinary Creative Entity
The ideal candidate is a digital content strategist and social media manager with a passion for uniting diverse creative brands within the entertainment sector. This role focuses on elevating the digital presence of a multi-hyphenate creative whose work spans music production, musical theater, and a cult-favorite comedy TTRPG podcast.
The successful candidate will develop a cohesive umbrella brand narrative, ensuring each creative pillar—including a premium sync music catalog, musical theater IPs, and comedy podcasts—contributes to a unified digital identity. Core priorities include audience engagement, discoverability, and driving revenue streams through strategic content and platform integration.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that unifies music, theater, and podcast brands under a single narrative.
- Repurpose podcast audio and video into engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create and schedule content calendars across all relevant platforms, optimizing for audience growth and engagement.
- Design strategic video hooks and campaigns to drive traffic to Patreon, streaming platforms, and revenue channels.
- Collaborate with the client to maintain brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing digital content and social media for indie musicians, creators, or podcasters.
- Strong short-form video editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Deep understanding of the entertainment, sync licensing, and gaming/TTRPG industry.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that connect diverse creative projects.
- Familiarity with audience growth strategies, algorithm optimization, and monetization tactics for digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on schedule.
