Role Overview

Deliverables
- Develop and implement a content calendar specifically for mortgage broker audiences in Melbourne.
- Create high-quality social media posts and reels that highlight mortgage services, industry trends, and client success stories.
- Optimize content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, especially short-form video and reels.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Melbourne property and mortgage market is highly desirable.
- Availability to start immediately and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency with relevant content creation tools.
