Role Overview
This role is focused on developing and executing a short-form content strategy for a personal brand in the education sector, specifically targeting individuals interested in building their own AI agencies. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the brand’s social media presence, driving engagement and growth across key platforms. The position is fully remote and requires a proactive, creative professional with a proven track record in social media management and content creation.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement a comprehensive short-form content strategy tailored to the brand’s target audience.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Monitor analytics to assess content performance and adjust strategies for optimal reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with brand messaging and educational objectives.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to the education and AI sectors.
- Respond to audience interactions and foster a positive online community.

Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, with a focus on short-form content.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing personal or educational brands on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with trends in AI, education, and digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Availability to commit to ongoing content planning and execution.
