This role is ideal for a creative individual passionate about building brand presence from the ground up. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies to promote a new home sunbed hire business across various social platforms. Working remotely within the UK, you will play a key role in establishing the brand’s voice, increasing online visibility, and driving audience engagement for a fast-growing startup.

Deliverables

Develop and implement a content calendar tailored to the brand’s objectives and target audience. Create, schedule, and publish regular posts across key social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Design visually appealing graphics and write compelling copy to support campaigns and promotions. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on content effectiveness. Collaborate with the business owner to align content with brand goals and promotional activities.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience creating content for social media platforms, ideally for startups or small businesses. Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Based in the UK with reliable internet access. Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to the evolving needs of a new business.
