About the Role
Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators—from personalized music playlists to exclusive podcasts, concert livestreams, and artist merch. It innovates at the intersections of music and culture, offering tiered experiences: Amazon Prime Membership (ad-free music & podcasts), Amazon Music Unlimited (unlimited on-demand HD/Ultra HD/audio), and free listening via the Amazon Music app or Alexa-enabled devices.

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager (London-based) passionate about music and pop culture. This role offers the opportunity to own and grow Amazon Music’s social media presence in the UK, focusing on platforms like Meta and TikTok, with future expansion on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Social Strategy Leader
- Develop and execute local social marketing, content, and creative strategies to grow engagement and reach across Meta and TikTok (with YouTube expansion)

Channel Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations: content creation, moderation, monitoring, and paid amplification
- Collaborate with the Amazon Music UK team to align social with broader industry and editorial goals

Asset & Identity Development
- Lead the creation of social media assets and visual identity for owned channels

Performance & Accountability
- Set KPIs, measure social performance, and report data-driven insights

Regional & Global Collaboration
- Partner with the EU brand team to integrate social media into multi-country marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the European organic social strategy alongside regional peers

Team Education & Growth
- Stay ahead of social trends and share expertise with internal stakeholders

Live Event Support
- Provide real-time social content and paid amplification during livestreams and events

Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Manage UK-based influencer activations from briefing to reporting

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience creating visual assets for digital, mobile, and social platforms
- Hands-on social media marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Expertise in ** Meta/TikTok/YouTube** for brand growth and engagement
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in reporting, analytics, editorial writing, and content creation
- Fluent in -written and verbal English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online publishing tools, analytics, and multimedia
- Striking project management expertise for fast-paced environments
- Clear, concise communication as a liaison between leadership and teams
- Familiarity with esports, live video, or gaming communities (a plus)
