Social Media Manager Part-time / East London Office Hybrid

We are supporting an independent menswear brand with their search for a Social Media Manager to help shape the next chapter of the brand as they grow.

The brand is built around craftsmanship, community, and timeless design—not fast fashion— creating a brand with long-term impact. We're not chasing endless content. We're looking for someone to build a thoughtful, consistent social presence that strengthens our identity, grows our community, and tells our story with purpose.

The Role

Working closely with the Founder and Art Director, you will define the structure and rhythm of the brand’s social channels, ensuring the content reflects the brand’s visual language and values. You will create a clean, repeatable framework that enables the brand to maintain a cohesive and recognisable presence.

Key Deliverables

  • Social Grid System for our main channel; Instagram
    • Build a clean, repeatable 9-grid structure using existing brand assets
    • Create a visual rhythm that balances product, story, community and craft
    • Ensure the grid feels curated, intentional and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
