Blind Sight Physiotherapy & BeseenNet

Location: Remote with regular travel to London and Hornchurch

Hours: 20 hours per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays essential, with occasional evenings or weekends)

Rate: Starting from £14.00 per hour, depending on experience

Contract: Self-employed / Zero-hours

About Us

Blind Sight Physiotherapy and BeseenNet are two growing organisations united by one shared purpose: helping people live healthier, more independent and more inclusive lives.

Blind Sight Physiotherapy provides evidence-based physiotherapy, rehabilitation and wellbeing services, combining clinical excellence with innovation and accessibility to help people move better, recover from injury and improve their quality of life. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our presence across the wider health and wellness sector, creating new services and opportunities that promote long-term wellbeing, education and preventative healthcare.

BeseenNet works alongside blind and partially sighted people, businesses and organisations to improve accessibility through education, practical resources, digital inclusion, training and community engagement.

Together, we are ambitious organisations committed to continuous improvement, collaboration and creating meaningful, lasting impact. As we continue to develop new services, partnerships and initiatives, we are looking for people who are excited to grow alongside us.

About the Role

This is far more than a social media position.

You’ll play an active role in helping two growing organisations build their brands, strengthen partnerships and deliver projects that improve healthcare, accessibility and inclusion.

You’ll work across marketing, operations, administration, events, partnerships and business development. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, contributes ideas and wants to make a genuine contribution.

Reporting To

You will report directly to the Director and work closely with them across both organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
