Social Media & Partnerships Manager
Horsham | 4 Day Working Week | £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonuses

If you're the sort of person who enjoys meeting new people, building professional relationships, attending networking events, growing a brand and creating opportunities, this could be the perfect role for you.
We're looking for a confident, commercially minded individual to help drive the growth of an ambitious financial services business. This is a varied position that combines business development, relationship management, social media, marketing, and community engagement.
This is not a desk-based marketing role.
You'll be out meeting introducers, attending local events, developing partnerships, and becoming a recognised face within the local business community whilst also helping to build a strong online presence.

What You'll Be Doing
Growing Our Brand
- Managing social media platforms
- Creating engaging content each week
- Coordinating photography and video content
- Managing blogs and newsletters
- Improving website content and SEO
- Increasing reviews and online visibility
- Developing local marketing opportunities
Building Professional Relationships
- Managing relationships with existing introducers
- Meeting estate agents, solicitors, accountants, and financial professionals
- Arranging coffees, lunches, and networking meetings
- Providing referral and pipeline updates
- Creating new partnership opportunities
- Building long-term relationships that generate business growth
Driving New Business
You'll be actively developing relationships with:
- Estate Agents
- Financial Advisers
- Solicitors
- Accountants
- Local Businesses
- Networking Groups
- Community Organisations
- Professional Introducers
