Role Overview
Reporting into the Marketing Manager this role will deliver day-to-day marketing activity across multiple businesses within the BRCK Group, these include the following brands – Alfiam, Architectural Facades, Brickability, Bricklink, Brick Services, CPG, ET Clay, LBT, and Matching Brick which all feature on www.brickability.co.uk. Ensuring content and initiatives align with the wider business objectives to increase enquiries, market share and footfall to website and merchant stores.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and key internal stakeholders, this is a varied, hands-on role suited to an organised and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing email enquiries
- Manage the business’ social media platforms
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align social media marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Create and deliver social media training for sales staff, including developing a team of brand ambassadors to help create content.
- Produce written and video case studies, as well as obtaining client testimonials
- Oversee photography and videography with freelancer and then file and add to website accordingly
- Manage document and imagery platform Goodreader
- Explore and execute business collaborations and partnerships
- Engage with external stakeholders, including architectural societies, awards bodies, and industry associations
- Support on events held at the office and at industry events
- Undertake any other admin duties as requested by Marketing Manager and other senior team members in support of departmental objectives

Essential Criteria
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and experience of proofreading and/or copywriting.
- Experience in social media marketing – focus on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Proficient with digital and traditional marketing activities including experience of using marketing tools and programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, GA4, website CMS’ and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and use initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure, make informed decisions and adhere to deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to other offices to create content when needed.
- Willingness to travel to other offices to manage events when required.
- Reside within a commutable distance from Tamworth and Lichfield.

Desirable Criteria
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business or related fields, do not need to be at degree level.
- Knowledge of the construction industry
