Role Description We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team full-time at our office in the London Area, United Kingdom. As an intern, you will manage and create compelling social media content, assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, and support daily social media operations. Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging posts, monitoring social media performance metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to maximize brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Film and edit day-to-day social content, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories. Execute the social content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publishing. Capture lifestyle, retail, event, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects the Naturya brand. Create high-quality, on-brand content including photography, short-form video, graphics, and written captions. Draft engaging captions aligned with Naturya’s tone of voice and messaging. Manage community engagement across social channels, including comments and direct messages. Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant. Track weekly performance insights and support reporting on reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate closely with the in-house designer to ensure creative consistency across channels. Support influencer collaborations and work with external agencies where required. Assist with wider digital marketing activity including email campaigns, blog content, and other brand assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications 1 to 3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or a similar digital marketing role. Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of premium consumer brand presentation. Comfortable filming and editing content using mobile and basic equipment. Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other key social platforms. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write captions in a clear and engaging brand tone. Good understanding of social media scheduling and analytics tools. Ability to track content performance and identify useful insights. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent editing/design tools is desirable. A relevant portfolio of previous content work is required as part of the application and should be available to view.

About You A proactive, organised self-starter who is eager to grow. Passionate about food, wellness, and sustainable living. Someone who genuinely enjoys social media and has a strong feel for what works across platforms. Comfortable being on camera where needed, and confident speaking to camera when required. Strong awareness of consumer and social media trends. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a wider team. Flexible and comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on, creative, and excited to bring ideas to life through content.
What We Offer 6-month contract, with potential to become a full-time role subject to performance. £12,500 for the 6-month contract (£25,000 per annum equivalent). 14 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
