Job Matching Partner is urgently looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join an online casino operating in Europe.
In this role, you will own the paid social strategy and execution across multiple GEOs, driving acquisition and working cross-functionally with marketing specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
You will be working on a contractor basis = you will invoice the company.
€30-40K depending on experience.
Fully remote!
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver successful acquisition campaigns on your assigned brands, globally
- Manage and allocate paid social budgets across brands and platforms, ensuring efficient spend and pacing against targets
- Collaborate with other marketing & product specialists to design and deliver integrated social media campaigns
- Develop, monitor, analyse and optimise performance strategies and make both real-time and long-term recommendations for optimisation
- Plan and run structured A/B tests (creative, audience, placement, bidding) to continuously improve campaign performance
- Work with creative/design teams to brief, review, and iterate on ad creative and copy based on performance data
- Report on campaign performance to stakeholders on a regular cadence, translating data into clear, actionable insights
- Stay in-tune with the latest Social Media Marketing trends, platform policy changes, and ensure that the trendiest, smartest advertising & best practices are always adhered to
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies and relevant data/privacy regulations

Skills & Experience
- Excellent communicator in English, written and spoken
- Strong experience of working with SMM
- Several years' experience in managing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and other platforms
- Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform & Analytics
- Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager
- Experience in SEO is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills & experience working with large quantities of data

About the role
