Renace Agency | Remote (UK)

At Renace, we don't just manage social media, we build and scale brands people remember.

We're a boutique creative agency specialising in premium dentistry, whilst also partnering with leading brands across wellness and hospitality. Our work blends strategy, storytelling and world-class creative to help businesses become the most recognised names in their industry. We're small by design.

Every client receives an exceptional level of care, creativity and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who shares that mindset.

The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you'll become a key part of the agency, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts.

You'll work alongside me to transform ideas, strategy and shoot content into social-first campaigns that feel considered, premium and impossible to ignore.

This isn't a scheduling role. It's a creative role.

You'll be responsible for ensuring every client consistently shows up online with content that feels authentic to their brand and genuinely connects with their audience.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
