About The Role
Sui Foundation is seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to own social strategy, content, and channel growth across our platforms. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role: our social channels are among the most important marketing surfaces for the organization, and this person will directly shape how Sui shows up in the world.
An ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled executor who can translate complex narratives into compelling, platform-native content, leverage AI tools to move faster, and use data to guide decisions. This person will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional partners across partnerships, product, design, and communications.
This is a contract opportunity with an expected full-time workload (approximately 40 hours/week). Compensation is $60–75 USD/hour, depending on experience.
Location: This is a remote position open to candidates located in North American time zones, the UK, Europe, and select Middle East countries. Candidates should have at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PT).
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Channel Ownership
- Own social strategy across Sui Foundation's platforms, with a primary focus on X/Twitter.
- Manage and grow 5+ brand accounts on X/Twitter, ensuring consistent voice and strategic alignment.
- Set KPIs and benchmarks; own growth, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- Identify emerging channel opportunities and make data-backed recommendations on platform investment.

Content Strategy & Creation
- Lead social-native content strategy, translating brand narratives, product moments, and campaigns into content that performs.
- Produce and direct high-quality content across formats, with a strong emphasis on video: short-form, livestreams, and serialized content.
- Develop an editorial point of view balancing always-on content with high-impact campaign moments.
- Brief and collaborate with design, motion, and creative partners to bring concepts to life.
AI-Powered Workflows
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation, ideation, research, and publishing.
- Identify and implement AI-driven processes that boost output and efficiency without sacrificing brand integrity.
- Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and bring forward-thinking recommendations to the team.
Performance & Reporting
- Own performance tracking and key results across all organic social channels.
- Translate data into clear insights and report to leadership on a regular cadence.
- Use learnings to iterate on content strategy, creative approach, and posting cadence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the social media lead for cross-functional teams, including partnerships, product, design, events, and communications.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on cohesive narratives and consistent execution.
- Communicate strategy, results, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
Community Engagement
- Monitor channels for trends, sentiment, and real-time engagement opportunities.
- Engage independently and respond thoughtfully to strengthen community relationships and brand credibility.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of social media and content marketing experience, with direct ownership of strategy and execution.
- Deep fluency in social-native culture and audiences (bonus: Crypto Twitter/X, builder communities, developer ecosystems).
- Experience with Web3, crypto or emerging technology sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of growing social channels and driving measurable impact.
- Strong editorial instincts translating complex technical and narrative topics into platform-native content.
- Hands-on experience with video content streaming, production, and direction for social platforms.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to guide strategy and report to leadership.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, balancing high-volume always-on content with campaign priorities.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills; able to drive work forward independently across multiple workstreams.
- Experience briefing and working with designers and creative partners.
- Familiarity with social publishing, scheduling, and listening tools.
