We're excited to be recruiting a brand new Social Media & Digital Marketing Volunteer to play a vital role in amplifying the mission and activities of The Great Friendship Project.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause, gain hands-on experience in marketing and social media management for a non-profit, and make a positive impact on the lives of young people struggling with loneliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation - Create engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn that reflects our mission and connects with our audience.
  • Photography & Videography - Capture high-quality photos and videos at events, campaigns, and community activities to showcase the impact of our work.
  • Content Planning & Scheduling - Help implement our content calendar by planning, scheduling, and publishing content across our social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Community Engagement - Help grow and nurture our online community by responding to comments and messages, encouraging conversation, and celebrating members' stories and successes.
  • Partnership Promotion - Work with partners and collaborators to amplify campaigns through cross-promotion and shared content opportunities.
  • Analytics & Continuous Improvement - Monitor content performance, stay up to date with emerging social media trends, and use insights to continually improve our content and engagement.
