Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Writing, filming and editing EGC (Employee Generated Content) videos to go onto Tewke social media.
  • Supporting our Customer Experience lead in developing the Tewke website and creating engaging marketing collateral across digital and printed communications.
  • Helping to operate exhibition stands, alongside colleagues, engaging directly with the public.
  • Creating regular template-based reporting with data sourced from multiple marketing techniques to help optimise activity and influence direction to maximise sales.
  • Working with our marketing lead, other marketing colleagues and our marketing agency partners to develop activities to communicate the Tewke lifestyle, features and capabilities to potential customers.

Hard requirements:

  • Energetic and confident talking to camera.

  • Possess a fast-paced work ethic, energetic and proactive, able to work under pressure on several projects at the same time.
  • Be creative, able to generate new ideas, but also organised and structured to deliver them.
  • Possess highly effective communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be customer centric and empathetic, with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Be results focused, not just delivery focused. Someone enthusiastic about evidencing the commercial success that’s come directly from their work, not just the quality of the work itself.
