Social Campaign Producer
3 month FTC
Required Start w/c 3rd Aug
We're on the hunt for a sharp, creative producer who will help to shape the content and comms delivered in a team of people who genuinely care about doing brilliant, honest work for the public. The role will suit someone who likes pace and is adaptable, and who bring fresh thinking.
As Campaign Producer, you'll sit at the heart of turning big ideas into finished, real world output, steering everything from first brief to final delivery of finished assets across a broad mix of formats and channels. You'll take full ownership for keeping productions on budget, on schedule and true to the creative vision, holding the whole thing together end to end.

What you'll do
- Bring social and digital campaigns to life across film, photography, animation, audio and digital, working from brief to final assets.
- Work closely with creative, strategy and insight colleagues as well as other specialist producers.
- Budgeting, scheduling, risk planning and resource management will all sit with you, alongside making sure every clearance, technical spec and compliance box is properly ticked.
- Be relied on to keep things running safely, legally and to a high bar throughout.
- Help junior colleagues grow, giving them steer, feedback and the right amount of rope.
What you'll bring
- Several years' hands-on producing experience, ideally in fast turnaround social content, with a track record of running shoots of different sizes safely and properly.
- Know how to take a dry or difficult subject and find a genuinely engaging way in.
- Real experience getting content out quickly across channels like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and YouTube.
- Thrive juggling multiple moving parts under time pressure.
- Read performance data and actually act on it.
- Comfortable troubleshooting on the fly.
- Some editing experience (Premiere Pro or similar) is useful but not essential.
- Background in also delivering work for DOOH or audio formats is also useful but not essential.
