Our Team

How we enrich everyday life:

You'll be joining the social media team for one of the UK's biggest and fastest-growing commercial radio networks. Greatest Hits Radio reaches more than 7 million listeners across the UK and is home to some of the country's most loved broadcasters, including Ken Bruce, Kate Thornton and Simon Mayo – and from September, Zoe Ball. Greatest Hits Radio creates content that celebrates the music, personalities and moments our audience loves.

Working alongside the Social Media Lead and Senior Social Media Producer, you'll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team that creates engaging content across social platforms. We work closely with colleagues across Programming, Social Video, Marketing, Digital and Commercial, constantly seeking new ways to grow audiences, build engagement and bring our brands to life online.

The difference you will make

As Social Media Producer, you'll play an important role in helping Greatest Hits Radio connect with its audience of Gen Xtra listeners through engaging, social-first content. We create content that is entertaining, authentic, relatable, and built around the music and personalities our audiences love.

You'll work directly with presenters, artists and high-profile guests, creating content that entertains existing audiences while attracting new followers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond. From developing ideas through to filming, editing and publishing, you'll help ensure Greatest Hits Radio remains relevant, engaging and connected to its audience wherever they consume content.

Your role

As Social Media Producer, you'll be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging social content across Greatest Hits Radio's social channels, supporting day-to-day activity as well as wider brand projects.

  • Developing and producing engaging social media content including social videos, graphics, photos and written posts tailored to Greatest Hits Radio’s audience.
  • Monitoring and analysing social media trends, audience behaviours, and platform updates to keep Greatest Hits Radio’s social media presence current and effective.
  • Engaging with Greatest Hits Radio’s audience across all social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, in the Greatest Hits Radio tone of voice.
  • Working from Greatest Hits Radio’s social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Assisting the Social Media Lead and Senior Social Media Producer in day-to-day planning and wider projects.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with Greatest Hits Radio brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.
  • Working out of hours at Greatest Hits Radio events, live posting on our social media platforms and creating content on the go, when required.
  • Creating dynamic, social-first content with our presenting talent and guests (for example TikTok trends)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
