At Findasense, a Teleperformance owned company, we are looking for a Social Media Project Manager for the German Market to take part in an exciting international project. In this role, you will support our client, a large multinational company in the beverage sector, across all local social media topics. Local social roles at Findasense are not just about coordination. We are looking for someone with strong strategic social expertise who can support senior managers, assess whether recommendations fit the brand strategy, and adapt plans based on the market’s needs. This is a brilliant opportunity to manage governance, content workflows, and strategy alignment for a major global footprint. What would you do? Strategy Support: Provide advisory input on local social strategies for client review and decision. Ensure full alignment with the central strategy and OKRs and identify synergies between social and influencer marketing. Content & Workflow Coordination: Support the client in briefing external agencies. Collect and consolidate feedback into a single, aligned response to share with the executing agency. Track all reworks to ensure feedback is fully implemented before closure. Trend Identification: Review agency trend alerts daily to identify relevant trends per brand and market. For each trend, you will provide a description, supporting examples (links/screenshots), brand relevance, and suggested next steps for client review. Publishing Governance: Ensure no organic content is published without required approvals from the client under a strict compliance process which involves several stakeholders. Maintain strict proof of approval in the central library (including approving entity, asset reference, approver name, and link to published content) and ensure publishing frequency follows the approved strategy. Quality Assurance & Process Compliance: Ensure all executing agencies follow the client's processes and guidelines. Collaborate with internal Findasense teams responsible for Community Management, tagging, and reporting in the local market. Relay approved feedback, track remediation, and escalate non-resolution. Governance, Escalation & Technical Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for internal Findasense teams regarding market social topics. Coordinate between Social Tech Admin and executing agencies for technical issues and access changes. Ensure executing agencies do not directly modify profile settings, bios, images, or access levels. Escalate any risks, breaches, or non-compliance to the client's local and central teams. Monitoring & Intelligence: Conduct monthly checks for fake accounts across all brands in the market and escalate them. Brief the Findasense Intelligence team on local social listening and reporting needs to ensure alignment with client requirements. Who you are? The ideal candidate must have knowledge and minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, influencers, and social media. English proficiency is required to coordinate within an international team. We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with consumers! If you’re flexible, organized, and love planning exciting activations, we want to hear from you. You have in-depth knowledge of social media best practices for executions in the market and enjoy helping others achieve their goals. Integrity and drive are super important to us, and we appreciate someone who can thrive under pressure while keeping a positive attitude. If you’re a strategic thinker who takes initiative and is always ready to jump in, you’ll fit right in with our team! You possess strong strategic social expertise, allowing you to support senior managers, assess recommendations, and adapt them to the local market's needs. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing strict governance, compliance guidelines, and multi-agency workflows. You have excellent communication skills to coordinate between clients, internal Findasense teams, and external executing agencies. Availability: You must be located in Berlin and available to start in the role before 1st July (this includes any notice periods required by your current employer). This position is based in Berlin, and the hiring will be done through our parent company, Teleperformance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
