Social Media Project Manager
Overview
Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000 DOE Contract: Full-time & permanent Great benefits
At Findasense, a Teleperformance owned company, we are looking for a Social Media Project Manager for the Great Britain Market to support an exciting international project. This role will work with a large multinational beverage company, managing all local social media functions strategically—not just coordination.
The ideal candidate will provide core operational expertise while aligning with senior management, refining strategies, and ensuring localised execution adherence. This is a technical, governance-driven role with no creative focus.
The required technical expertise includes:
- Community Management
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- TikTok
- Publishing workflows
- Tagging & operational QA
- Agencyoversight & execution compliance
Key Responsibilities

Strategy Support
- Provide advisory input on social strategies for client review.
- Ensure full alignment with centralised strategy and OKRs.
- Identify synergies between social media and influencer marketing.

Content & Workflow Coordination
- Brief external agencies on behalf of the client.
- Consolidate and relay feedback to executing agencies.
- Track reworks and ensure full implementation.

Trend Identification
- Review daily trend alerts from agencies.
- Provide descriptions, examples, brand relevance, and next steps for client sign-off.

Publishing Governance
- Ensure strict approvals for organic content (multi-stakeholder compliance).
- Maintain proof-of-approval documentation in central library (approver details, asset references, published content links).
- Monitor publishing frequency against strategy.

Quality Assurance & Process Compliance
- Verify agencies follow client processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Findasense’s community management, tagging, and reporting teams.
- Escalate unresolved issues with feedback/remediation tracking.

Governance, Escalation, & Technical Coordination
- Primary liaison for all market social topics between Findasense and the brand.
- Oversee technical access changes with Social Tech Admin and executing agencies.
- Prevent direct profile modifications (bios, images, access levels) by agencies.
- Escalate risks, breaches, or compliance violations locally and centrally.

- Monitoring & Intelligence
- Conduct monthly checks for fake accounts across all brands.
- Align with Findasense Intelligence team on social listening/reporting needs.
Requirements
Who You Are
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- 5+ years of professional experience in social media project management (large accounts/influencers).
- A native of the UK/Great Britain, with deep cultural/social insights relevant to the market.
- In-depth expertise in best practices for executing social strategies here.
- Highly strategic thinker who adapts inputs to local market needs, supports senior stakeholders in recommendation accuracy.
- Organised, detail-oriented, capable of strict governance, multi-agency workflows.
- Must possess exemplary communication skills to bridge clients, Findasense teams, and agencies.
- Resilient under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Willing to initiate improvements independently.
Location & Availability
- Based in London.
- Must be available for start by 1st July 202�vik (including notice periods).
