We’re looking for a creative, strategy-driven Social Media Specialist to help rise above the noise, deliver measurable success, and keep Adfield at the forefront of trendsetting social media.

The Role
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms—content that doesn’t just stop the scroll, but drives action.
- Developing results-driven social strategies aligned with client KPIs, from brand awareness to lead generation and sales conversion.
- Managing entire campaigns—from planning and delivery to optimisation and performance reporting, leveraging data to refine campaigns continuously.
- Crafting high-converting copy for social posts, emails, and digital assets.
- Forecasting best-practice insights, spotlighting trends before they peak, and adapting our approach with each client.
- Collaborating seamlessly with creatives, account managers, and clients to translate ideas into standout work.
- Juggling multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For
In Your Skillset & Mindset
- A commercially astute, creative thinker—you’re not just a content creator but a strategic problem-solver.
- An instinctive grasp of social media—you know why great content works, not just what it looks like.
- Species knowledge—you’re conversant in TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms—and understand what performs where.
- Proactive and independent—you bring ideas to the table, don’t wait to be told what to do, and enjoy tackling challenges.
- Exceptionally organised—you manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and never compromise quality.
- A team player with strong communication skills—collaboration and a supportive culture are core to everything we do.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 2+ years’ proven experience in managing social media campaigns from A-Z.
- Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms—including best practices for algorithmic success.
- Content creation and copywriting—fluent in crafting high-energy captions, short-form video (Reels, TikTok), and microcinematic storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset—proficient in analysing performance metrics and presenting actionable insights tailored to client goals.
- Advanced project management—ability to prioritise and deliver at scale across rigorous deadlines.
- A passion for social trends, digital marketing, and always testing new formats—ideally with live examples of thinking ahead.
