Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing & Executing Strategies: Build and implement Turnitin’s social media campaigns, crafting platform-specific content and collaborating with design teams to maintain authentic, trend-aligned messaging.
- Content Planning: Set quarterly and monthly content calendars while ensuring timely, platform-specific responses to news and trends.
- Community Management: Lead real-time engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, partnering with customer service to strengthen community connections.
- Program Oversight: Manage employee and educator ambassador programs, including recruitment, engagement, and content delivery.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics, offering insights to improve engagement and content strategy.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Drive innovative campaigns that reinforce Turnitin’s brand while staying agile in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in social media or education technology (edtech) roles within a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, education, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in crafting written content for social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design (e.g., Canva) and video editing.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Keen eye for distinguishing platform-specific trends and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to present strategies and report results effectively to stakeholders.
- Proven fingertip responsiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
