Digital Natives

Digital Natives is a social-first creative agency for innovators. Innovators are our clients who understand the power of social-first thinking, and the disproportionate results it can bring to a business. We are passionate, curious and excited by all things social.

Our rapidly growing team of creatives, designers, editors and account managers work together to create outstanding social campaigns for our list of global brands, covering beauty, FMCG, travel and tech.

We’re looking for an exceptional Creative Strategist to join our team. This person will combine excellent strategic thinking with creative nous. You’ll have experience of working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to create remarkable content that resonates with audiences and achieves business objectives.

With at least 5 years’ related experience in social and digital, you’ll be bright, enthusiastic and confident. You’ll be an excellent internal and external communicator with an eagle eye and almost geeky organisational skills. You will be expected to devise strategic campaigns that tap into cultural and human truth to positively provoke creatives and clients alike. Creating compelling presentations to sell into clients that are clear and easy to understand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
