We are expanding quickly and are looking for an ambitious, passionate, highly organised and enthusiastic Social Media & Talent Admin Intern to join our team. If you love social media, events and all things influencers, then this could be the job for you!
JOB ROLE:
- Assisting with creating & scheduling content on our Instagram and TikTok channels
- Assisting with other manager’s rosters of digital talent and their partnerships across their social media platforms as well as scouting and signing new talent.
- A strong understanding of social media including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and up to date on trends.
- Proactive outreach to ensure a constant flow of new and exciting brand deals/ PR/ Event invites to Talent.
- Inbox management - responding promptly and as quickly as possible to enquiries.
- Creating and sharing media kits.
- Updating spreadsheets on a daily/ weekly basis
- Liaising with content creators on anything necessary.
- Adapting behaviour between each talent, not taking a one size fits all approach.
- Manage multiple projects, admin, company events and tasks simultaneously.
- Work alongside the Founder across their diary, company admin and a team of managers who will nurture your progression in the role.
- Actively search for new and emerging viral talent who are best suited to our agency's aesthetic and values and can provide high revenue targets.
- Must be willing to be personally featured in any company content.
- Help schedule and take weekly content shoots with talent and team - must have strong editing skills too.
- Strategise with Founder/ team on roster retention techniques.
- Attend any meetings/calls with the agency, pitching the entire digital roster.
- Build a strong network of industry and brand relationships.
- Identify all the different potential sources of income talent and agency can make.
- Stay on top of industry developments and share insights with the wider team that may affect the business or talent.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple talent, projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interest in and passion within the influencer, fashion, beauty and digital industry.
- A strong work ethic.
- Team Player.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.

- Proactive in driving and developing new and existing relationships for influencers, including brands.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- This is an unpaid internship however, upon a 6 month review meeting post probation period, there is an opportunity to move into a full time, paid position subject to review and performance.
- 9.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Thurs)
- 4.30pm finish on Fridays.
- Position: Full Time.
- On-site parking.
- Hybrid working between our Salford office in Manchester and WFH.
- Christmas and New Year office closure.
