Are you creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about making a difference? We’re searching for a Social Media Volunteer to help amplify our mission online.
What difference will you make?
As HOPS continues to grow and expand its wellbeing activities, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Support Volunteer to help us reach more people in the community and raise awareness of our work.
By joining us as a Social Media Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in promoting our holistic therapy and wellbeing programmes for unpaid carers, older people, and those who are socially isolated. You’ll help us share our story, events, and impact through engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

What are we looking for?
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Monitor messages and comments, responding appropriately
- Track engagement and performance using platform insights
- Support digital campaigns and event promotions
- Ensure content aligns with branding and voice guidelines

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience of social media management
- Good writing and communication skills
- Creative eye for content and design (Canva experience a plus!)
- Self-motivated, organised and responsive

What will you be doing?
HOPS are looking for someone to support the organization's online presence by creating, scheduling, and engaging with content across social media platforms to raise awareness and build community.
