This role is ideal for someone who combines strong content creation skills with a strategic understanding of social and paid media. You'll take ownership of our social presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, creating compelling content that builds engagement, strengthens our brand and generates demand.
Alongside managing our social channels, you'll support the planning and optimisation of paid campaigns, helping to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.

- Develop engaging social-first content including posts, carousels, videos, employee advocacy programmes and thought leadership content
- Own and manage the social content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach across channels
- Work with marketing and sales teams to identify stories, insights and content opportunities for social and paid campaigns
- Adapt content for different audiences, sectors and stages of the buyer journey
- Support the planning, setup and optimisation of paid campaigns across LinkedIn, search, display and other digital channels
- Write and refine PPC ad copy and paid social creative that drives engagement, clicks and conversion
- Monitor social media conversations, trends and platform developments to identify opportunities and best practice
- Analyse content and campaign performance using platform insights and audience data, making recommendations to improve reach, engagement and lead generation
- Use SEO and digital content best practices to maximise content visibility and effectiveness
- Work closely with designers, digital marketing specialists and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and content
- Test, learn and optimise content formats, messaging and campaign approaches to continually improve results
- Understand how digital marketing campaigns work across a variety of paid media platforms. Experience setting these up would be advantageous.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
