Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social & Partnerships Marketing Executive to support the creation and delivery of our social media and creator marketing activity across the UK and European markets.
This role will play a key part in executing social media plans, creating engaging content, and supporting collaborations with creators and affiliate partners. It offers a unique opportunity to develop experience across both social media and partnership marketing, contributing to brand awareness, engagement, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution
- Support the planning and delivery of social media content calendars aligned with the wider marketing plan
- Spot opportunities to create content with influencers, creators, and product affiliates that strengthen product storytelling and expand audience reach
- Create and publish engaging content across key platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Assist in the development of visual content including images, short-form video, and graphics
- Manage and schedule posts, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages, supporting community engagement and brand reputation
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and product launches
- Continuously explore new formats, trends, and platforms to grow reach and engagement

Creator & Affiliate Support
- Support the identification and coordination of creators and affiliate partners that can generate strong, authentic content for the brand
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with content creators and partners. Help them understand product propositions, campaign goals, and brand expectations
- Help develop content briefs to ensure consistent messaging and strong product storytelling
- Work closely with internal teams to align creator activity with marketing campaigns
- Track the quality and impact of influencer and affiliate activity, identifying where to scale, improve, or redirect effort
- Stay close to platform trends, creator formats, and competitor activity to uncover new content and partnership opportunities
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion performance across social, creator, and affiliate activity
- Analyse which content themes, formats, channels, and partnerships are delivering the best results
- Turn performance data into practical recommendations that improve future briefs, posting plans, and partner activation
- Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement and stronger commercial outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Experience in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar digital marketing role
- Understanding of how different types of content perform across major social platforms
- Experience coordinating or producing social content, including imagery, short-form video, and creator-led assets
- Good understanding of major social platforms and current trends
- Interest in influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing
- Working knowledge of content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks across different projects
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Additional European language skills beneficial but not essential
