Social Senior Account Executive
We’re looking for a social-first Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to support the delivery of creative, insight-led campaigns across a mix of government and consumer brand clients.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, from emerging platform features to evolving creator trends and is excited by the opportunity to work across organic social, community management, and influencer marketing. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of campaigns, helping to bring ideas to life through creators, manage online communities, and deliver reporting that drives smarter future work. Paid social experience is a bonus, but not essential we’re more interested in your mindset and curiosity for the space.
What You'll Do
Contribute to social-first creative thinking, bringing platform-native ideas and formats into campaign development Research and recommend creators and influencers with strong audience alignment, cultural relevance, and credibility across a range of sectors. Assist with influencer outreach, briefing, and end-to-end campaign coordination. Help build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and partners Review and manage creator content approvals, ensuring alignment with briefs, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements Support the day-to-day management of always-on social channels, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement Actively manage and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate tone Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and assets to keep projects running smoothly. Support reporting and analytics across social and influencer activity, including performance tracking, insights, and learnings, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities for future campaigns Stay up to date with platform updates, social trends, and emerging formats, proactively sharing opportunities with the team. Ensure content aligns with regulatory, accessibility, and inclusive content best practices Support in client communications, including status updates, reporting, and campaign coordination

What You'll Bring
Demonstrable experience in social media, influencer marketing, or integrated communications. Strong understanding of social platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, Snapchat) and how content performs across them. A genuine interest in social culture, trends, and platform innovation. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident managing multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to get stuck in.
Bonus Points
Experience working with or around regulated brands or sectors. Familiarity with influencer compliance standards (ASA codes, etc.). Experience handling influencer reporting and analytics.
