Social Value Coordinator
Social Value Coordinator – North West Region
About the Role
Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an experienced Social Value Coordinator to join our North West region, capitalising on our exciting period of growth.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Social Value Manager in delivering social value activities across multiple projects
- Collaborate closely with clients and key local stakeholders to achieve social value objectives
- Engage with local schools, colleges, and employability organisations, aligning with project needs
- Work with local charities and groups to explore social benefits, such as volunteering programmes
- Assist in the recruitment of apprentices and trainees
- Engage with the supply chain to implement social value objectives
- Maintain and produce accurate records and reports for project teams, management, and clients
- Contribute to tender and pre-qualification submissions by providing social value content

What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Strong industry knowledge of CSR/Social Value
- Working towards or completing a Business Management degree (or equivalent)
- Exceptional written English skills
- Proven creative abilities
- Confident public speaker
