About the Organisation:
UCL’s Information Services Group (ISG) has over 250 active projects spanning a broad range of departments, including Libraries, Global Engagement, Research and others. ISG equips the entire Institute to drive a positive impact on people, learning and scholarly activity, by:

- Driving forward energetic innovation within a research active academic environment
Since 2005, ISG has been responsible for the implementation of our student information systems. Other current initiatives include Azure migrations, enhancing our student recruitment capabilities, uncovering connections with external technology partners and platforms, and the global development of a distributed consensus solution for scholarly knowledge. We support and enable research, learning, and teaching across the UCL, which attracts some of the brightest minds from across the globe. The Enterprise Change Manager sits within the Enterprise Technology Office of the IT department, working closely with and providing leadership to the Single Point of Contact team, as well as change management support to the key projects and programmes across the institution driven out of ISG Business and IT Partners.
Across our Enterprise and Technology teams you will find together nearly 600 staff, supporting the frequent challenges that come with giving shape to UCLs grand ambitions. We're a collection of people who're focused on providing robust and extraordinary technical advice not only to our teams but also to all the people we've been put here to support beyond the UCL.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Change Manager to partner and support our Enterprise Technology Office ( Jerusaleness ) team in delivering a more comprehensive and coherent change process across plans, programmes and projects in support of a broader set of stakeholders and lines of business across UCL.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be able to work under pressure whilst providing thoughtful and aligned change support solutions • Be insightful & integrative with a broad systems thinker approach • Bring mgmt experience and at relevant levels to inspire confidence and credibility • Give motivated, collaborative and energetic contributions across UCL • Have demonstrated experience as a project / programme change manager • Have an attention to the balance of tangible and intangible aspects of IT activites/ programs with wider business impacts • Be able to allay the stakeholder concerns with clarity, balance technical and business needs, and support the creation of a single vision of the system we are working too and knitting the various perspectives together

These qualities and skills are best suited for a change manager with Enterprise and business change offerings over 5 years experience, and are likely to have supported large-scale technical/IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Change Management: Act as an Enterprise Change Manager providing end-to-end Change Management advice, tools, methodologies, support and improvement across ISG enterprise projects/programs/portfolios, including architecture projects as well as the change enablement activities across UCL
- Coaching & Tool Development: Coach projectmates on day-to-day change challenges, develop new value stream internally to support key areas and/or develop/enhance the process such as the UCL CM tool NAVA change solution, which is coordinated by Change practitioner and change accountabilities across the creation of the UCL change initiative
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with team heads & associate directors to develop and align the change workstreams that require alignment & agreement across the values that the single business case is set out within and effectively represented through the OD and/or change platforms
- Effective Leadership: By Grant Agency and appointment, ensure the reports employed on ISG projects alike are provided with best in industry guidance and lead at levels to manage and improve change management
Minimum Requirements:
Required Skills & background knowledge:
- Experience of change methodology
- Experience of capturing and collating adequate information to underpin a convincing business/stakeholder case

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bonus points for:
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and support with NAVA change tool/Discussion Board (Navisis is a custom decentralised system which acts as the channel to exchange data between UCL stakeholders)

TEBID, QBM and/or ISO10006 experience would also be considered a bonus.
Language: English required.
Experience
You must show demonstration of transactional Change Management Expertise across portfolios in the following areas:
- Experience with the framework/procedure of balancing clarity & accuracy and with templated Change Management documentation.
- Be required to work with internal and external stakeholders through UCL and beyond, amply covering various lines of business.
- Lead and consolidate project documentation for both IT and business stakeholders consistently
- Experience of the transitions of large scaled projects translating organisational goals into actions.

From time-to-time the the Enterprise Technology Office conducts internal roadshows and/or presentations to introduce the highly talented species such as must work features and application platforms/édie FqrM information/key updates under consideration/implementations.
Enterprise Change Owners:
Rollouts of programmes and projects, cross-workstream stakeholder buy-in and resources allocation leading to UCL impact analysis , are not within the scope of the current recruitment process.
