Social Worker – Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism
Location: Time Square, Bracknell (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 per week (Flexible) Salary: £46,783 - £48,873 per year inclusive of London Weighting and Essential Car User Allowance

We are seeking a committed Social Worker to join our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism in a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a case load of individuals with learning disabilities and autism, fulfilling statutory social work duties.
- Provide comprehensive assessment, support planning, and ongoing reviews.
- Conduct direct work with individuals while ensuring case management duties and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues across wider adult social care services.
