Social Worker – Duty and Assessment Team
Salary: £36,363 - £46,142 per annum Hours: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) Location: East Lancashire (Travel across East Lancashire required) Salary Breakdown: Up to £46,142 (dependent upon experience) Application Deadline: 31 July 2026

About the Role

- Assessing and responding to a variety of safeguarding cases.

About You – Key Criteria
We’re looking for a passionate, driven Social Worker with:
- A recognised Social Work degree and registration with Social Work England.
- At least 12 months’ post-qualification experience (ASYE completion required).
- A collaborative mindset, able to cooperate across agencies for children and family outcomes.
- Own vehicle access (essential).
This role is not suitable for Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) seeking ASYE experiences or newly qualified individuals who have not yet completed this stage.
