Children’s Social Worker – Family Safeguarding (Fylde & Wyre)


| Salary: £36,363 – £46,142 per annum (up to £46,142 dependent on experience) | Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) | Location: Family Safeguarding Team, Fylde & Wyre, Lancashire**

About The Role

As a Children’s Social Worker, you will:

  • Manage a caseload including Child in Need and Child Protection cases
  • Adhere to Public Law Outline guidelines
  • Conduct assessments, planning, and direct work with families
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver high-quality, reflective social work practice
  • Prioritise keeping families together safely
