High Peak have a full time registered social worker post in the Short term service. This is a post based at Eccles Fold in Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak.
The successful applicant will cover the whole of the High Peak undertaking social work assessments for short term and enablement-focused assessments. This will include work with mental capacity, safeguarding as well as assessments for care and support. The work is fast-paced and we work with people either following discharge from hospital or on their first contact with the local authority.
