Social Worker - Knowsley - Adults Combined localities Team
Job Title: Social Worker - Adults Combined localities Team Location: Knowsley Rate: £31 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults Localities team based in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will be at the forefront of social care, conducting needs assessments, support planning, and commissioning services to ensure the well-being of individuals. You will engage in risk assessment and management, including attending MARAM meetings to address and mitigate potential risks. Your responsibilities will also encompass safeguarding, navigating the complexities of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), making Best Interests (BI) decisions, and working with the Court of Protection (COP) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS). Additionally, you will carry out Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments, including participating in Decision Support Tool (DST) meetings to determine the best care options for those in need. This dynamic role requires a compassionate and proactive approach, ensuring that every individual receives the support and protection they deserve.

Qualifications and Experiences: To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
