Our client is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Children's Social Worker to join their Multi-Agency Child Health (MACH) Team.
This critical front-line safeguarding role operates as the multi-agency front door for children's services, working closely with partners to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
As a Social Worker within the MACH Team, you will be responsible for the triage and screening of referrals, assessing risk, and making timely decisions to safeguard children. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a co-located environment alongside Police, Health, and Education professionals, promoting effective information sharing and collaborative decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing
- Screening and triaging contacts and referrals relating to children and families
- Assessing levels of risk and determining appropriate safeguarding responses
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies to share information and support decision-making
- Progressing referrals promptly and ensuring appropriate allocation
- Maintaining accurate case records, assessments, and reports
- Identifying needs and ensuring timely interventions are put in place to safeguard children
We require you to have:
- Social Work England registration.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Post-qualified experience within Children's Social Care.
- Experience of safeguarding and assessment work.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
