Social Worker - Single Point of Access - Wrexham
Job Title: Social Worker - Adults Single Point of Access Location: Wrexham Pay Rate: £46.62 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults Single Point of Access team, based in Wrexham.
What will your responsibilities be?
- The Adults SPOA (Single Point of Access) serves as the front door to Adult Social Care
- It is responsible for screening and responding to all referrals made to the service
- Determines next steps for each referral
- Provides signposting to appropriate services
- Coordinates the offer of Information, Advice, and Assistance wherever possible

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
