Social Worker / Senior Practitioner – Family Support & Safeguarding Team

📍 Oxfordshire | 💰 Up to £51,127 + £3,500 Welcome Bonus + £8,000 Relocation Package

Liquid Personnel is excited to be recruiting for a Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join Oxfordshire’s highly regarded Family Support & Safeguarding Team. What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Social Work
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualified experience and completion of the ASYE
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection legislation, and statutory guidance
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently manage complex cases and contribute to team development
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
