Social Worker / Senior Practitioner – Family Support & Safeguarding Team
📍 Oxfordshire | 💰 Up to £51,127 + £3,500 Welcome Bonus + £8,000 Relocation Package
Liquid Personnel is excited to be recruiting for a Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join Oxfordshire’s highly regarded Family Support & Safeguarding Team. Your impact in the role:
- Manage a rewarding and varied caseload of children and families

What we're looking for:
- Degree in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualified experience and completion of the ASYE
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection legislation, and statutory guidance
- Excellent communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently manage complex cases and contribute to team development
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
