About The Role
As Social & Content Specialist, you'll own the company's organic social channels, helping shape our content strategy, create engaging storytelling, and build meaningful relationships with creators and our online community. Working closely with the Marketing Director and the wider UK marketing team, you'll contribute to social strategy while remaining hands-on with content creation and execution. You'll have the freedom to bring new ideas, experiment with formats, and help define how the brand is introduced to UK consumers.
Responsibilities
- Manage Social Media Channels & Content Planning Own the day-to-day management of the brand’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while planning and scheduling engaging content aligned with brand identity.
- Create Engaging Social-First Content Develop and produce creative content including short-form videos, Reels, TikTok videos, photography, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content to strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Support Social Media Strategy & Performance Optimisation Contribute to social media strategy development by identifying market trends, recommending new content formats, and using performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Develop Creator, Influencer & Community Relationships Identify and collaborate with relevant creators and influencers, manage partnership activities, and build an engaged online community through meaningful interactions and user-generated content initiatives.
- Drive Cross-functional Collaboration & Data Reporting Work closely with marketing, PR, events, retail, and creative partners to deliver integrated campaigns, while monitoring social media performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years' experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience creating engaging social-first content for consumer, lifestyle, technology, or automotive brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to test new ideas and learn quickly.
- Support successful vehicle launches and integrated marketing campaigns through compelling social storytelling.
- Deliver insight-led recommendations that continuously improve performance.
